Project Overview

Meyan Mall is a community-focused retail development located in the prime residential area of Jumeirah, Dubai. The project was developed to serve daily retail needs while offering a modern, accessible, and well-organized shopping environment. Our involvement in this project highlights our experience in executing urban commercial works within active residential zones.

Scope of Work

Our involvement focused on delivering reliable civil, exterior, and interior works that supported the pavilion’s architectural intent and operational requirements throughout the Expo period.

Ground Preparation & Earthworks Carried out excavation and cartaway works to prepare the site for pavilion construction and surrounding access areas, ensuring safe and stable ground conditions.

Material Supply & Installation Supplied and laid approved construction materials for external and internal zones, maintaining durability, alignment accuracy, and compliance with Expo construction standards.

External Hard Landscaping Works Executed interlock and kerbstone supply and laying for pedestrian routes, circulation areas, and perimeter zones, supporting smooth visitor movement and site organization.

Installed gypsum ceilings and partition systems to define exhibition halls, service areas, and internal layouts, delivering clean finishes and functional spatial divisions.
