Scope of Work

Our team delivered key civil and infrastructure works, ensuring the facility was constructed to support heavy-duty operations, efficient logistics, and long-term durability.

Industrial Earthwork & Site Formation : Executed excavation, backfilling, and cartaway works to achieve accurate site levels suitable for industrial foundations, service roads, and operational zones.

Raw Material Supply & Laying : Supplied and laid approved construction materials required for industrial-grade applications, ensuring strength, stability, and compliance with project specifications.

External Hard Landscaping & Access Works : Completed interlock and kerbstone works for internal roads, service corridors, and access areas, supporting smooth movement of vehicles and equipment within the facility.

Support Infrastructure Works : Assisted in preparing designated zones for utilities, operational flow, and service access, aligned with industrial safety and functional standards.

Coordination within an Active Industrial Zone : Works were executed in compliance with KIZAD regulations, safety protocols, and operational guidelines, ensuring seamless coordination with zone authorities.
