Project Overview

The Morocco Cluster at DAMAC Lagoons is a large-scale residential development comprising approximately 1,000 villas across Cluster 1 and Cluster 2. Inspired by Moroccan architectural themes, the project focuses on delivering high-quality housing within a master-planned community that emphasizes lifestyle, aesthetics, and long-term residential comfort.

Scope of Work

Our team was involved in executing key civil, infrastructure, and finishing works to support the development of this extensive villa community:

Bulk Earthworks & Site Formation Executed large-scale excavation, backfilling, and cartaway operations to achieve accurate plot levels, internal road formation, and service corridors across both clusters.

Material Supply & Laying Works Supplied and installed approved construction materials for villas and common areas, ensuring consistency in quality, alignment, and finish throughout the project.

External Infrastructure & Access Works Carried out interlock and kerbstone works for internal roads, pedestrian walkways, driveways, and shared access areas to support smooth circulation within the community.

Support Works for Villa Construction Assisted in preparing plots, service zones, and access points to facilitate efficient villa construction and phased handover schedules.

Execution within a Master-Planned Community Coordinated works with multiple contractors under strict timelines while maintaining safety, quality, and site organization across a high-volume residential development.
