Project Overview

RNZ Industries is an industrial facility developed within Khalifa Industrial Zone Abu Dhabi, one of the region’s most regulated manufacturing hubs. The project was executed to support industrial operations, logistics movement, and long-term operational efficiency, requiring precise civil execution and compliance with zone-specific standards.

Scope of Work

Our role focused on preparing and developing essential infrastructure works aligned with industrial performance and safety requirements:

Site Development & Earthworks : Conducted excavation, backfilling, and cartaway works to achieve accurate formation levels suitable for industrial foundations, internal roads, and service corridors.

Construction Material Supply & Application : Supplied and laid approved raw materials in accordance with engineering specifications, ensuring durability and performance for industrial usage.

External Access & Hardscape Works : Executed interlock and kerbstone installation for internal circulation routes, loading access areas, and perimeter zones to support vehicular and equipment movement.

Operational Zone Preparation : Prepared designated areas for future utilities, equipment placement, and service access, ensuring smooth workflow planning within the facility.

KIZAD Compliance & Coordination : All works were carried out in alignment with KIZAD authority guidelines, safety regulations, and site access protocols.
