The project demanded strong civil execution, precise groundwork, and durable infrastructure to meet the functional and operational needs of an industrial environment.

Scope of Work

Our scope of work focused on delivering essential industrial infrastructure works that support heavy usage, efficient workflow, and long-term performance:

Industrial Earthworks & Site Formation : Performed excavation, backfilling, and cartaway activities to achieve accurate formation levels suitable for factory foundations, service roads, and operational zones.

Raw Material Supply & Application : Supplied and laid approved construction materials in line with engineering specifications, ensuring durability, load-bearing capability, and compliance with industrial standards.

External Hardscape & Access Works : Executed interlock and kerbstone works for internal roads, loading bays, and access paths to support safe movement of vehicles and equipment.

Functional Zone Preparation : Prepared designated areas for machinery placement, utilities access, and operational flow, supporting efficient production processes.
